摘要
针对湖南省湘资沅澧四大流域季调节及其以上电站建立了跨流域水库群长期联合优化模型,采用POA-DPSA-DDDP混合算法进行求解,在此基础上分析了四大流域联合调度发电量的补偿情况。结果表明:与各流域单独优化相比,通过流域间补偿,四大流域年均发电量增加了5.7万MWh,补偿效益可观。研究成果对合理安排四大流域水电站的运行方式、提高水电系统水能综合利用率有一定的指导意义,同时为电力企业在激烈的市场竞争中降低成本提供了实例。
A long-term joint optimization dispatching model of inter-basin reservoirs was established, by adjusting the POA- DPSA-DDDP hybrid algorithm for the four seasonal regulating basins (Xiang, Zi, Yuan and Li rivers) and the hydropower stations located above in Hunan Province. The amount of power generation based on joint dispatching compensation benefit is analyzed. The results show that the average annual generating capacity of the four basins is increased by 57 million kWh compared with the individual optimization in each b a sin , and the compensation benefit is considerable. The research results provide some guiding significance for rational operation of the operation mode of the four river basins and improve the comprehensive utilization rate of hydropower stations, and provide an example for enterprises to reduce the cost in the fierce market competition.
