摘要
目的:探讨在护理实验教学中应用体验式教学法的效果。方法:选取2015级护理系学生中的130例作为本次研究的对象,采用随机分组方法,将学生分为实验组及对照组,对照组采用常规方式教学,实验组则采用体验式教学法教学,比较两种教学方法的效果。结果:实验组学生对护士角色及患者角色的认知度更高,团队协作能力更强,动手操作能力更佳,实验组学习效果明显优于对照组,组间数据差异显著,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:护理实验教学中,体验式教学法的应用,取得了较好的教学效果,学生的角色认知度更佳,团队协作能力更强,动手操作能力更强,值得日后在护理教学中继续推广。
Objective: To explore the effect of applying experiential teaching method in nursing experiment teaching. Method: 130 cases of 150 nursing students were selected as the object of this study. The students were divided into experimental group and control group by random grouping. The control group was taught in the conventional way. The experimental group used experiential teaching method.Compare the effect of the two teaching methods. Results: The students in the experimental group had higher awareness of the role of nurses and patients, better teamwork ability and better hands-on ability. The experimental group had better learning effect than the control group,the difference was significant(P 0.05), statistically significant. Conclusion: The application of experiential teaching method in nursing experiment teaching has achieved good teaching effect. Students have better cognition of role, stronger teamwork ability and more hands-on ability, and it is worthwhile to promote in nursing teaching in the future.
