摘要 容量管理是危重患者整个治疗中的基石,其中容量状态和容量反应性评估则是容量管理的核心。容量反应性(volume responsiveness)或称液体反应性(fluid responsiveness,FR),是指快速输入液体后每搏输出量(SV)或心输出量(CO)随之明显增加的现象。有研究报道,在人住ICU的危重患者中,只有约50%的患者对液体治疗有良好的反应。进行容量反应性的评价,目的就是合理应用液体治疗,优化血流动力学状态,改善预后。
