摘要
指出了为更好地发展建设生态城市,2014年11月,中国提出了构建海绵城市体系。从生态城市发展中出现雨洪管理的问题出发,讨论了海绵城市理念和生态城市发展之间所存在的关系。研究了建设海绵城市的具体措施和意义,同时提出了保持对海绵城市体系的理性认知,是避免海绵城市体系盲目地运动式发展的充分条件。为促进城市人居环境的发展,海绵城市理念的发展也不是一成不变的,随着生态城市发展的变化也会做出其自身的调整。
To develop and construct a better ecological city, China put up the idea of constructing the series of sponge city. On the basis of the problem of rain flood management in ecological city, this paper discussed the relationship between sponge city and the development of ecological city and studied the specific solutions and significance of con- structing sponge city. At the same time, rational cognition of the development of city＇s life environment, the development of sponge city can avoid blind development. To promote sponge city concept is not static which needs to make adjustment with the development of ecological city.
