摘要
目的探讨改良经鼻内镜开放性鼻泪管手术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法搜集鼻泪管阻塞的慢性泪囊炎住院接受改良经鼻内镜鼻腔-鼻泪管造口手术的患者临床资料并随访,共32例(32眼)纳入研究。结果术后随访32例(眼)手术患者6~12个月,平均(6.1±2.7)个月,治愈26例(81.25%,26/32眼);好转4例(12.5%,4/32眼);无效2例(6.25%,2/32眼),总有效率为93.75%(30/32眼),术中无并发症发生。结论改良经鼻内镜鼻腔-鼻泪管造口术治疗鼻泪管阻塞型慢性泪囊炎,可保留泪囊的泪液回收、虹吸作用,对改善功能性溢泪有积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treatment of nasolacrimal duct obstruction. Methods a total of 32 cases （ 32 eyes ） of nasolacrimal duct obstruction caused by chronic dacryocystitis and treated by endoscopic nasal nasolacrimal duct stoma surgery were slected as the study objects, and they were followed-up. Results 32 cases were followed up （ eyes ） surgery in patients with 6-12 months average （ 6.1 ± 2.7 ）months.26 cases were cured （ 81.25% eyes,26/32 ） .4 cases were improved （ 12.5%,g/32 eyes ）.2 cases （ 6.25% eyes,2/32 ） were involid.The total effective rate was 93.75% （ 30/32 eyes ）,no complications occurred during operation. Conclusion Endoscopic intranasal nasolacrimal duct ostomy can preverve the tear recovery function and lacrimal sac siphon effect,and it has positive effects on improvement of functional epiphora.
