摘要
蛋白激酶CK2是由2个催化亚基(α或α′亚基)与2个调节亚基(β亚基)组成的异源二聚体,其在细胞生长、增殖及分化过程中起重要作用。蛋白激酶CK2的过度表达与高度激活与血液系统肿瘤的发生密切相关,抑制蛋白激酶CK2的表达可能为白血病的治疗提供新的思路。笔者现就蛋白激酶CK2在白血病中的相关发病机制及意义进行总结。
Protein kinase CK2 is a heterodimer composed of two catalytic subunits α or α′ subunit) and two regulatory βsubunits,which plays a significant role in the process of cell growth, proliferation, and differentiation. The overexpression and hyperaetivation of protein kinase CK2 is closely related to some blood malignancies, therefore the inhibition of CK2 may provide an innovative strategy for leukemia. This article summarizes literatures on mechanism of protein kinase CK2 in leukemia and its significance.
