摘要
我国林业企业在"一带一路"倡议下加快开展对外投资的步伐,但受企业自身和东道国环境等影响,不少企业碰壁,在此基础上研究林业企业对外投资与林业产业升级。文章从产业规模、贸易和对外投资等方面介绍了我国林业产业发展现状,探讨了我国林业企业对"一带一路"沿线投资的原因,指出林业企业面临的融资困难、恶性竞争、产品附加值低、东道国环境制约等问题,提出加强政策支持、增强企业竞争力、重视森林培育等建议,为稳健推进我国林业对外投资、实现林业产业升级与建设林业强国提供参考。
under the background of ＂the Belt and Road Initiatives＂ （BRI）, Chinese Forestry enterprises are speeding up to invest overseas but many of them have run into a blank wall under the influence of their own or the host countries. The paper explored the overseas investment and upgrading of forestry industry based on that. It introduced the status of Chinese forestry industries including the scale of the industry, trade and foreign investments, pointed out the challenges these enterprises struggled with： financing difficulties, competition, the low additional value, host countries＇ environment etc. Finally, it provided advices to promote the investment, such as strengthening the policy support, enhancing enterprises competitiveness and attaching importance to the forest cultivation, offering a reference for forestry industry to advance its investment and upgrade which to make China more stronger.
