厦门市10所三级医院护士人文关怀能力的调查研究 被引量:10

An investigation of the humanistic caring ability of nurses in 10 tertiary hospitals in Xiamen city

摘要 目的了解厦门市三级医院护士人文关怀能力的现状,比较不同类型医院,不同年龄、工作时间、学历和职称护士人文关怀能力的差异。方法使用《护理大学生人文关怀能力调查问卷》调查厦门市10所医院护士的人文关怀能力。结果护士人文关怀能力总分为(4.04±0.38)分。三甲医院护士人文关怀能力总分低于非三甲医院,公立医院高于民营医院(P<0.05)。随着护士年龄、工作时间的增长和职称的晋升,护士人文关怀能力有所提高。结论护理管理者要加强对年轻、工作时间短、低职称护士人文关怀能力的培训,制定有效的人文教育培养计划,提高护士人文关怀能力。 Objective To understand the current status of the humanistic caring ability of the nurses in tertiary hospitals, and to compare the differences in humanistic caring ability of the nurses with different age, work experience and position titles in the differ- ent types of the hospitals. Methods A total of 1511 nurses from 10 hospitals were investigated by using "Humanistic Caring Ability of Nursing Undergraduates Assessment scale". Results The total score of the humanistic caring ability of the nurses was ( 4.04 ± 0. 38). The humanistic caring ability of the nurses in the tertiary hospitals was lower than that in non-tertiary hospitals, and the ability in the governmental hospitals was higher than that in non-governmental hospitals (P 〈 0. 05 ). The ability was increased with age, work- ing experience and position titles ( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The nursing managers should stress the humanistic training for the nurses with younger age, less working experience and lower position titles.
