带中间换热器的低环温空气源热泵实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为提高空气源热泵在低环境温度下的制热量,通过在热泵系统中设置中间换热器,对带中间换热器的空气源热泵性能进行理论与实验研究,并与不带中间换热器的空气源热泵系统进行对比。实验结果表明:当环境温度为-25℃时,带中间换热器的空气源热泵制热量为19.35 kW,能效比为1.95,分别比不带中间换热器的空气源热泵提高了23%和21.9%。同时,使用中间换热器能够保证系统在相同工况下压缩机功率基本保持不变,具有明显的节能效果。 In order to improve the heating performance of air source heat pump( ASHP) in low ambient temperatures,this paper uses an internal heat exchanger( IHX) in an ASHP system to investigate the heating performance of the ASHP with IHX experimentally and compares its heating performance with the ASHP without IHX. The results show that the heating capacity and COP of ASHP with are 23. 82 k W and 1. 95 at ambient temperature-25℃,which are 23% and 21. 9% higher than those of ASHP without IHX.Simultaneously,the power consumption of compressor almost remains unchanged at the same working conditions whether the ASHP with IHX or not. Moreover,although the compressor discharge temperature of ASHP with IHX is higher than that of ASHP without IHX,it is lower than the limitation of compressor discharge temperature which could keep the compressor working stably.
