摘要 介绍了碳纳米管的研究背景、结构特征及其应用领域。重点讨论了碳纳米管的制备方法,即化学气相沉积法、直流电弧法、激光蒸发法等制备方法。 in this paper, the research background, structural characteristics and application fields of carbon nanotubes are introduced.The preparation methods of carbon nanotubes, such as chemical vapor deposition (chemical vapour, CVD), direct current arc (ARC), laser evaporation (laser ablation) and so on, are discussed in detail, and the preparation methods of discharge are discussed.
