云南假地豆化学成分及其生物活性研究 被引量:1

摘要 从云南假地豆植物中经80%丙酮-水溶液超声提取、硅胶柱层析、高效液相色谱分离提纯,得到6个查尔酮类化合物,经过外光谱、紫外光谱、核磁、质谱等波谱鉴定,6个化合物结构分别为:异戊烯基黄酮G、甘草查耳酮A、异补骨脂查尔酮、黄腐酚、异补骨脂色烯查耳酮和、异戊烯基查尔酮B。并对这6种酮类化合物作生物活性,结果表明:化合物2、4、5具有较好的生物活性。 The constituents of Desmodium heterocarpon of Yunnan province were isolated and purified be silica gel column chromatography,sephadex LH-20 and TLC.The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis spectral data and physiochemical.Six compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as brosimacutin G,licochalcone A,isobavachalcone,xanthohumol,isobavachromene,paratocarpin B.By means of biological activity research,the results showed that the compounds 2,4,5 possessed a good command of biological activity.
