摘要
为提高波形钢腹板预应力混凝土连续箱梁桥施工控制精度,使之更好地符合设计预期,以伊朗德黑兰北部高速公路主跨153m的波形钢腹板预应力混凝土箱形连续梁桥为背景,对该桥参数敏感性分析、主梁应力和线形监测与控制、波形钢腹板竖向高程控制等内容进行研究。通过参数敏感性分析明确了箱梁自重对主梁应力和变形的影响程度,为确定施工控制参数提供了基础。针对波形钢腹板竖向高程,采用了竖向高程和前后两段夹角双控,以高程控制为主,前后两段夹角控制为辅的控制方法。结果表明:通过施工控制主梁线形和应力满足规范精度要求,波形钢腹板竖向定位精度较高。
To improve the construction control precision of the prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and make it meet the design expectation well, a prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs and with a main span of 153 m on a highway in northern Tehran, Iran, was taken as the study background.The simulation calculation, parametric sensitivity analysis, main girder stress and geometrical monitoring and control and vertical elevation control of corrugated steel webs were studied.By the parametric sensitivity analysis, the influential degree of the self-weight of the steel box girder on the main girder stress and deformation was confirmed, which laid the basis for the determination of construction control parameters.To the vertical elevation control of the corrugated steel webs, the double controls of the vertical elevation and the angles between the previous and subsequent segments were used, taking the former as the main control variables and the latter the auxiliary ones.The results reveal that the main girder geometry and stress is able to meet the precision requirements in the code well.At the same time, the vertical positioning construction of the corrugated steel webs is much easier and has higher precision.
