摘要
为解决多品种应急物资配送结构不均衡问题,研究建立多品种物资配比运输数据库,并基于混合整数非线性规划方法建立地震初期的多品种物资配比打包调运模型。该模型在物资运输中考虑多种物资间配比及多运输方式联合运输,将物资运输分为两阶段,分别以整体时间效益最大、整体满意度最大为目标。结合案例使用MATLAB编程运用遗传算法对该模型求解,实现多品种应急物资配比打包运输。
To solve the problem of unbalanced distribution of emergency supplies, a database of prorata packing of multi-category emergency supplies was established. Based on the mixed integer nonlinear programming method, a location-transportation model for the initial stage of earthquake was built with the consideration of the proportion of multi-category emergency supplies and the best combination of multi-modal transportation in the transportation. The model consists of two phases that are respectively aiming for minimizing the delivery time, maximizing the equity and fairness. Finally, a case using the test effectiveness of the proposed model. genetic algorithm and MATLAB is presented to test effectiveness of the proposed model.
