摘要
本研究从人力资本角度分析了大学生就业困难的原因,阐述了职业品质教育的重要性;以开放式抽样问卷的形式进行前置调查、非限制性因素分析,通过因素分析法、专家意见征询等对获得的职业品质底层因子进行研究,获得较为科学的职业品质维度划分,包括以积极、务实、向善为核心的职业态度,以忠诚、正直、守信为核心的职业道德,以灵活、善于突破为核心的创新精神,以责任、团队荣誉为核心的协作精神,以自律、自我认同为核心的律己精神。
From human capital theory perspective, this paper analyzes the reasons which lead culty of college students＇ employment, and expound the importance of vocational quality to the diffi education. Through the open questionnaire survey, factor analysis and the expert consultation, this study acquires a scientific vocational quality dimensions= such as the pragmatic vocational attitude, the honest vocational ethics, the flexible innovative spirit, and the spirit of self-discipline.
