摘要
目的分析脑梗死患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)与血清Adropin水平之间的关系,探讨血清Adropin在动脉粥样硬化评估中的预测价值。方法选取84例脑梗死患者,用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪检测颈动脉IMT,分为内膜正常组(n=20)、内膜增厚组(n=38)、斑块形成组(n=26),采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血清Adropin含量,分析颈动脉IMT与血清Adropin水平的相关性。结果 IMT正常组血清Adropin水平明显高于IMT增厚组和IMT斑块组(均P<0.01),IMT增厚组血清Adropin水平明显高于IMT斑块组(P<0.01),相关性分析显示,颈动脉IMT与年龄(r=0.342,P=0.001)、收缩压(r=0.536,P=0.000)、LDL-C(r=0.285,P=0.009)、尿酸(r=0.282,P=0.009)呈正相关,与Adropin呈明显负相关(r=-0.500,P=0.000);Logistic回归分析显示年龄、尿酸、LDL-C、收缩压、Adropin下降是颈动脉硬化的独立危险因素。结论血清Adropin水平随着颈动脉硬化程度加重而下降,在一定程度上可反映颈动脉粥样硬化严重程度。
Objective To analyze the relationship between carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) and the level of serum Adropin in patients with cerebral infarction (CI) , and explore the predictive value of serum Adropin in the evaluation of atherosclerosis. Methods A total of 84 patients with CI were enrolled in the study. Carotid IMT was measured by color doppler uhrasonography. According to IMT,patients with CI were divided to 3 groups:normal IMT group (n = 20) ,IMT thieknessing group (n = 38) and plaque formation group (n = 26). Adropin level was measured from blood serum samples using ELISA. The correla- tion between carotid IMT and the level of serum Adropin was analyzed. Results The level of serum Adropin in IMT nomud group were significantly higher than that in IMT thicknessing group and plaque formation group ( all P 〈 0. 01 ). The level of serum Adropin in IMT thicknessing group were significantly higher than that in IMT plaque formation group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Correlation an- alyses showed that there were positive correlation between IMT and Age (r = 0.342 ,P = 0.001 ) ,SBP (r = 0.536, P = 0.0(0)), LDL-C ( r = 0.285, P = 0.009 ), UA ( r = 0. 282, P = 0. 009). There was a negative correlation between IMT and serum Adropin ( r = -0. 500,P =0. 000). Logistic regression analysis showed that Age ,SBP, UA, LDL-C, declined Adropin were the independent risk factors of carotid atherosclerosis. Conclusion The level of serum Adropin decreased along with the degree of carotid athero- sclerosis. To a certain extent,Adropin can reflect the severity of carotid atherosclerosis.
