摘要
本试验以34份有代表性的甜瓜种质为实验材料,分别测定了不同品种的甜瓜叶片在坐果期的反射光谱以及叶绿素的含量。用叶绿素仪测得的数据表明:不同种质的甜瓜在坐果期的叶绿素含量具有差异性,其中新蜜11号的叶绿素含量将近灰鼠子的1.4倍,以光谱分析仪所测得的数据图谱反映:在510 nm到660 nm的波段内出现了一个反射吸收峰。根据所有的数据进行分析显示:甜瓜坐果期叶片叶绿素含量与光谱植被指数mSR_(705)、mND_(705)和PSSRb之间都有着较强程度的线性相关性。表明可以通过相关的植被指数来初步估计甜瓜叶片的叶绿素含量。
In this study, 34 representative melon germplasms were used as experimental materials to detect the spectral reflectance and chlorophyll content of different varieties of melon leaves in fruit period. The determination results of chlorophyll meters showed that the chlorophyll content of different varieties of melon leaves were different during the fruit period, in which the chlorophyll content ofXinmi 11 was nearly 1.4 times of that of the Huishuzi. Moreover, the results of Unispec spectrometer revealed there was a chlorophyll reflection absorption peak in 510-660 nm wavelength. The analysis of all the collected data indicated that chlorophyll content of leaves had a strong linear dependence with their spectral vegetation indices such as mSR705 mND705 and PSSRb, which suggested that the chlorophyll content of melon leaves could be estimated by the relative vegetation indices.
