摘要
为了对比新型碳/铝复合材料和传统的铝合金活塞材料ZL105的性能差异,对组织成分、导热性、热膨胀性、摩擦磨损性和室温压缩性进行了分析。结果表明:新型碳/铝复合材料含碳量多达53.3%,相比ZL105,导热性相当,热膨胀系数降低66%,摩擦系数减少50%,密度减少20%,室温抗压强度达到240 MPa。综合以上数据,表明该新型碳/铝复合材料的热膨胀小、耐磨性好、质量轻,是一种理想的活塞材料。
In order to compare the performance difference between new type carbon/aluminum composite and traditional ZL105 piston material, the microstructure composition, thermal conductivity, thermal expansion, friction and wear resistance and room temperature compression resistance were analyzed. The results show that: the carbon content of new carbon/aluminum composite is 53.3%. Compared with ZL105 piston material, the thermal conductivity is equivalent. The thermal expansion coefficient decreases by 66%. The friction coefficient and density reduces by 50% and 20% respectively. The room temperature compression strength reaches 240 MPa. Based on the above data, the new carbon/aluminum composite has lower thermal expansion coefficient, the wear resistance is good and the quality is light, which is an ideal piston material.
