摘要
为切实提高公共体育服务的绩效和能力,文章采用文献资料法研究认为:在法律、政策的体制或机制支持下,通过加大公共体育设施建设力度,确保物质保障投入效率和公平,才能有效兼顾社会价值、群众体质健康、社会经营者的经济效益的公平和效率的统一。
In order to improve public sports service performance and ability, by using literature research methods, the paper illustrates that supported by legal and political system and mechanism, the approaches to balance the fair and efficiency of economic benefits of social values, people＇ s physical health and social operators should rely on the increase of public sport facilities construction, as well as guaranteeing material insurance efficiency and equity.
