摘要
文章简要分析电信运营商数字化转型的背景和迫切性,通过归纳分析国外运营商数字化转型的现况,提出云计算相关建设是运营商数字化转型的关键所在,指出国内运营商数字化转型战略中云计算布局的不足,提出云计算相关建设的关键策略,建议利用运营商优势建设数据中心,加快智能管道建设,发力混合云,通过构建电信API开放服务体系,聚合更多维度的数据,打造新型的产业链。
This paper briefly analyzes the background and urgency of the digital transformation of telecom operators. By summarizing and analyzing the current situation of the digital transformation of telecom operators abroad, it proposes that the cloud-computing-related construction is the key in the digital transformation of telecom operators, and points out the lack of planning for cloud computing in the strategies for digital transformation of telecom operators. Then it presents the key strategies in the cloud-computing-related construction, which include making use of the advantages of telecom operators to build data centers, accelerating the construction of intelligent pipelines, forcing into hybrid cloud, aggregating data in more dimensions and building new type of industrial chain through the construction of telecommunication API open service system.
