摘要
目的观察氯雷他定片口服及糠酸莫米松乳膏外用联合口服除湿胃苓汤治疗慢性湿疹的疗效。方法选取2015年5月-2016年6月蓟州区上仓医院外科收治的慢性湿疹患者120例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组口服氯雷他定片及外用糠酸莫米松乳膏,观察组在口服氯雷他定片及外用糠酸莫米松乳膏的基础上联合应用口服除湿胃苓汤。观察两组患者治疗7d后总有效率的区别及6个月后的复发几率。结果治疗7d后,观察组总有效率为95.00%高于对照组的90.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。6个月后观察组复发率为11.67%低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氯雷他定片口服及糠酸莫米松乳膏外用联合口服除湿胃苓汤治疗慢性湿疹疗效确切且复发率低。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Loratadine Tablets and Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Chushi Weiling Decoction in the treatment of chronic eczema. Methods 120 patients with chronic eczema in Jizhou District Shangcang Hospital from May 2015 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Loratadine Tablets and Mometasone Furoate Cream, the observation group was treated with Loratadine Tablets and Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Chushi Weiling Decoction.The difference of the total effective rate of two groups after 7 days and the recurrence rate after 6 months were observed. Results After 7 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was95.00%, which was higher than that of the control group with 90.00%, the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. 6 months later, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 11.67%, which was lower than that of the control group with 25.00%, the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of Loratadine Tablets and Mometasone Furoate Cream combined with Chushi Weiling Decoction for chronic eczema is effective and the recurrence rate is low.
