摘要
目的探讨人工流产术麻醉中盐酸奥布卡因的应用效果。方法选取佛山市顺德区第二人民医院2015年1月-2016年12月开展人工流产术的286例患者,随机分为对照组与观察组各143例,对照组患者采用利多卡因麻醉方式,观察组患者应用盐酸奥布卡因麻醉,比较两组患者的麻醉效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组患者的术后苏醒时间、术后疼痛评分与术中呼吸抑制发生率均显著好于对照组;并且观察组患者在麻醉3 min的心率、舒张压与收缩压均明显好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工流产术麻醉中采用盐酸奥布卡因可提高麻醉效果,在麻醉过程中维持良好的生命体征,具有确切的临床应用价值。
Objective To discuss the anesthesia effect of oxybuprocaine in artificial abortion operation. Methods 286 patients with artificial abortion operation in Shunde District Second People＇s Hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 143 cases in each group. The patients in control group were given lidocaine, and the patients in observation group were given oxybuprocaine. The anesthetic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative recovery time, the postoperative VAS score and the intraoperative incidence of respiratory depression in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. The heart rate, diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in 3 minutes of anesthesia of the observation group were better than those of the control group, the differences were statisti- cally significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using oxybuprocaine can improve the anesthesia effect of patients with artificial abortion operation, stabilize patients＂ vital signs during anesthesia, has certain clinical application value.
