摘要
To the Editor: Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) is the first-line therapy for symptomatic paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia, However, several life-threatening complications remain underestimated. Herein, we report an atypical case of RFCA complicated by acute pulmonary embolism (PE), an extremely rare but potentially fatal complication. After 3 months ofanticoagulation therapy, PE was treated successfully.
