摘要
在硬盒包装过程中,常常出现包装盒侧翼开胶的不合格产品。基于激光的反射检测原理设计出的检测装置,能够在线检测出任意一侧最小开度达1mm的侧翼开胶的包装。另外通过小型PLC控制器来实现检测信号的处理和不合格烟包的剔除功能,并配置工业触摸显示屏,可在线查看烟包的剔除过程。该装置通过测试,结果表明完全能够达到侧翼开胶包装的全检测和剔除的设计需求。
During the procedure of hard package,it always appeared unqualified product which its flap opening.This paper designs a detect device based on laser reflect detection,which is able to detected the any side flap opening package that its minimum 1ram gap during produce on line.Besides,manage the detect signal and reject the unqualified package is due to PLC controller,and with the help of industry touch display screen can check the package rejected procedure.This device pass through the test,and the conclusion is reached to design requirement that is detect and reject flap opening package.
