摘要
功率放大器的静态电流随温度的变化而变化,这对功率放大器的性能有很大影响。针对这一问题,经过对功率放大器的实际测试和数据分析,在偏置电路中增加了温度补偿电路,对电路中各电阻的取值进行了分析。测试表明,加入温度补偿电路后,在-40℃~75℃功率放大器的静态电流基本恒定,饱和输出功率的一致性有所提高,功率芯片损坏的几率大大减小,并且电路结构简单,容易实现。
The quiescent current of the power amplifier has great influence on the performance of the power amplifier. In view of this question, after the actual test and data analysis of the power amplifier, the temperature compensation network is added in the bias circuit. The values of resistances in the circuit are analyzed. Test results show that the quiescent current of the power amplifier is kept constant from -40 ℃ to 75 ℃ after the temperature compensation circuit is added. Besides the consistency of saturated output power is improved, and the probability of power chip damage is greatly reduced. The circuit structure is simple, and easy to implement.
