摘要
目的观察中药内服联合外治三步法治疗痤疮疗效。方法选取2014年8月—2015年7月沈阳市沈河区中医院皮肤科门诊患者,在患者及家属知情同意下,辨证分为肺经风热;脾胃湿热;痰瘀凝滞;冲任失调各型联合外治三步法治疗。结果治愈38例,好转40例,未愈2例,总有效率97.5%。结论中药内服联合外治三步法治疗痤疮,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine combined with external three-step therapy in the treatment of aene. Methods From August 2014 to July 2015 outpatients in the department of dermatology in Shenhe district hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, the informed consent of patients and their families, under the syndrome dif- ferentiation, patients were divided into the lung by wind heat, dampness-heat of spleen and stomach, phlegm and blood stasis of coag- ulation and stagnation, Chong and Conception Channels disharmony. They were treated with external three-step therapy. Results 38 cases were cured, 40 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 97.5%. Conclusion The Chinese herbal medicine oral administration combined with external three-step therapy in the treatment of ache has satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, and is worthy of promotion.
