摘要
退行性腰椎滑脱发病率逐年增高,是骨科常见疾病之一。中医认为,本病属于"腰痛病""腰腿痛"范畴。目前西医对于退行性腰椎滑脱除手术治疗外暂无较好疗法,本文从中医学角度总结了古代历代医家对该病的认识,分析了退行性腰椎滑脱的病因病机,对当前主流及最新中医治疗方法进行了综述,并对当前治疗中存在的问题进行分析,发展方向进行展望。
The incidence of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis is increasing year by year. It is one of the common diseases in the department of orthopedics. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease belongs to ＂ lumbago lumbocrural pain＂ cat- egory. The Western medicine for degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis has no better effect in addition to surgical treatment. From traditional Chinese medicine therapy, this paper analyzed the etiology and pathogenesis of degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis, sum- marized the ancient dynasties, and reviewed the understanding of this disease to the current mainstream and new traditional Chinese medicine treatment methods. The problems existing in the current treatment was analyzed, and the development direction was prospected.
