摘要
目的观察俞募配穴法联合逍遥散加减治疗月经不调的临床疗效。方法将100例月经不调患者随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例。对照组给予常规针刺治疗配合逍遥散加减,观察组在对照组的基础上加上俞募配穴法进行治疗,观察2组患者治疗2个疗程后的疗效及症状改善情况。结果对照组总有效率为74.0%,观察组的总有效率为90.0%,2组差异比较有统计学意义,P<0.05。另外,观察组在小腹胀痛、腰骶酸痛、精神不振、乳房胀痛、痛经等症状改善方面优于对照组,P<0.05;2组在畏寒肢冷、神疲乏力症状改善方面无明显差异,P>0.05。临床治疗中未见不良反应的发生。结论在月经不调的治疗中,俞募配穴法联合逍遥散加减治疗女性月经不调,具有疗效显著,治愈率高,安全可靠,无明显副作用等优点,尤其在改善小腹胀痛、腰骶酸痛、精神不振、乳房胀痛、痛经等症状方面有较满意效果,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shu-Mu point allocation method combined with modified Xiaoyao powder in treating irregular menstruation.Methods 100 cases of irregular menstruation patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,and each group had 50 cases.The control group was treated with routine acupunture,while the treatment group was treated with Shu-Mu point acupucture combined with modified Xiaoyao powder.After two course of treatment,the therapeutic effect was observed.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 74.0%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was90.0%.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.The treatment group had better effect than the control group in relieving abdominal bulge,lumbosacral pain,dispiritedness,breast tenderness and dysmenorrhea（P0.05）.In addition,there were no significant differences in relieving extreme chilliness（P0.05）.The treated patients also had not been found obvious bad reactions of the whole or part of the body.Conclusion Shu-Mu point allocation method combined with modified Xiaoyao powder is effective and safety in curing irregular menstruation,and it is worthy of clinical application.
