摘要
本文通过对当前中医院中医药服务能力不足、中医西化、中药创收率低等现状分析导致中医诊疗技术参与度低的原因。结合中医药诊疗技术的优越性,探讨中医院组建以中医为核心的院内医疗团队对增加中医药诊疗手段的参与度,对提高临床诊疗效果、提升基层中医院中医特色。
This article is based on the insufficient service ability in hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, low rate of Westerniza- tion of TCM and traditional Chinese medicine revenue situation, low participation in diagnosis and treatment technology of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed. The superiority of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine treatment technology, participation of Chinese medicine hospital was set up by the Chinese as the core of the hospital medical team to increase Chinese medicine treat- ment means, the important value to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect, and enhance the strength of the grass-roots hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.
