摘要
煤炭行业进入转型发展的关键时期,挑战与机遇并存,能源转型发展和生态环境制约将促进煤炭行业走清洁、高效、可持续发展道路。阐述了煤炭行业发展所取得的主要成绩,分析了煤炭行业面临的新形势和新挑战,提出了煤炭行业到2050年的战略思路和目标,以及煤炭行业集约化、生态化、智能化、原料化和国际化发展的战略途径。
China coal industry is in a critical period of the transformational development. The challenges and opportunities are co-existed and the energy transformation development and the ecological environment restriction would promote the coal industry going along a road of a clean,high efficiency and sustainable development. The paper stated the major achievements obtained from the development of the coal industry,analyzed the new situation and new challenge faced to the coal industry and pointed out the strategic idea and target of the coal industry at the end year of 2050,including the integration,ecologicalization,intelligent and materialization of the coal industry as well as the strategic path of the international development.
