摘要
对固硫渣、除尘灰及水泥用量不同的16种砂浆的性能进行了系统的试验研究,并与用天然砂及水泥配制的3种普通砂浆的性能进行了比较分析。结果表明:在固硫渣与除尘灰的总用量为70%~90%的情况下,可研制、生产符合国家现行预拌砂浆标准技术要求的M35及以下各强度等级的干混砌筑砂浆,而且较普通砂浆具有显著的保温节能效果。
The mechanical properties of 16 kinds of mortar with different content of solid sulfur slag,fly ash and cement were studied systematically,which were also compared with 3kinds of ordinary mortar prepared by natural sand and cement.The results showed that if the total amount of sulfur removal dust and dust removal reached 70%~90%,M35 and other dry mixed masonry mortar with lower strength grade which meet the national standard requirements of ready mixed mortar could be developed and produced.Also,compared with ordinary mortar,the prepared mortar had significant effects of heat-insulating property.
