摘要
海上油气田不同类型井、不同完井方式、不同平台类型所采用的测试管柱结构不同,其管柱工具组合目前基本依靠经验确定,由于地层参数存在不确定性,随着地层参数的变化,测试作业面临风险。"管柱决策系统"首先根据平台类型、完井方式、测试要求等进行管柱的预决策,在此基础上进行流动仿真与流动保障分析,实现在管柱入井前对测试风险进行预判,并根据风险警示及时对测试管柱结构进行调整(决策),从而提高测试作业成功率。
In offshore oil and gas field,the well testing string varies from different type of well,type of completion method and type of platform.Currently,to configure the down-hole tool string mainly relies on engineer's experience.The uncertainty of formation parameters could increase the risk of unsuccessful testing.Well testing string decision-making system makes pre decision on the down-hole string design based on type of platform,completion method and testing requirements,then performs flow simulation and flow assurance analysis.By evaluating the risks before string going to down-hole and adjusting the design according to risk alerts,it increases the successful rate of well testing.
