摘要
目的对比分析脑力影像训练法与传统综合训练法对屈光不正性弱视病儿的治疗效果以及对治愈后视功能的影响。方法 2012年7月-2014年12月,在我院经脑力影像训练的屈光不正性弱视病儿48例(B组),经传统综合训练病儿71例(A组),比较两种方法的治疗效果。并将治愈病儿分为脑力影像治愈组与传统训练治愈组,分析两组弱视眼治愈前后立体视觉以及不同空间频率对比敏感度的差异。结果B组治愈率为75.31%,有效率为90.12%,A组治愈率为61.02%,有效率为79.66%,两组治愈率、有效率比较,差异有显著性(χ~2=4.426、3.896,P<0.05)。两组治愈病儿在训练前的正常立体视(立体视锐度≤60s)和对比敏感度各个空间频率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。经过训练后脑力影像治愈组与传统训练治愈组的正常立体视比较差异有显著性(χ~2=4.389,P<0.05);对比敏感度在1.5c/d和6.0c/d空间频率上差异有显著意义(t=2.149、2.091,P<0.05)。结论与传统综合训练法比较,脑力影像训练法对屈光不正性弱视病儿的治愈率及有效率更高,更有利于治愈后视觉功能的提高,特别是在立体视的恢复与中低空间频率对比敏感度的提高上有优势。
Objective To compare and analyze the effectiveness between mental image training (MIT) and traditional comprehensive therapy (TCT) in the treatment of ametropic amblyopia (AA) and the effect on visual function after recovery. Methods From July 2012 to December 2014, 48 sick kids with AA treated with MIT (B group) and 71 with AA treated with TCT (A group) were selected for this study. The cured sick kids were divided into MIT-cure group and TCT-cure group. Stereo vision before and after recovery, as well as the difference in different spatial frequency contrast sensitivity between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The cure rate in B group was 75.31%, and that in A group was 61.02 %, the effective rate was 90.12% and 79.66 %, respectively (x^2 = 4.426,3.896 ; P 〈0.05). Before training, the difference in normal stereopsis (stereopsis acuity 460 s) and contrast sensitivity in the recovered sick kids between the two group was not significant (P〉0.05). After training, the difference in normal stereopsis between the two groups was significant (x^2 -4.389 ,P〈0.05), The difference in contrast sensitivity in 1.5 c/d and 6.0 c/d spatial frequency between the two groups was significant (t = 2.149,2.091 ;P〈(0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional comprehensive training therapy, the cure rate and the effective rate of mental image training are higher for ametropic amblyopia, more benefit in improvement of visual function after it is recovered, especially in stereopsis recovery and medium-low spatial frequency contrast sensitivity.
