摘要
建设施工项目管理是建筑工程企业管理的重要内容,不仅对所建设的工程项目乃至整个建筑工程企业都有很大的意义。建设施工项目通过对工程项目的管理能够提高工程的资源利用率,节约建设成本,提高工程质量。论文主要从建设工程施工项目的质量管理、安全管理、成本管理与现场管理展开探析。
