摘要
目的对三才封髓丹的药理研究与临床应用进行总结与归纳。方法采用文献整理与回顾的方法,对三才封髓丹的药理研究与临床应用予以归纳。结果药理研究发现三才封髓丹具有增强免疫功能,促进造血的功能。临床应用较广泛,可用于治疗阴虚火旺、虚火上炎所致的遗精、早泄等男科疾病、口腔溃疡、牙痛、贫血、痤疮等症。结论三才封髓丹针对阴虚火旺、虚火上炎所致的诸多疾病均有一定疗效,目前针对三才封髓丹的药理研究比较匮乏,可结合临床应用进一步研究。
Objective To summarize and induce the pharmacological research and clinical application of Sancai Fengsui decoction. Methods The methods of literature collation and review were used to summarize and induce the pharmacological research and clinical application of Sancai Fengsui decoction. Results The pharmacological study found that Sancai Fengsui decoction could enhanced immune function, promote hematopoietic function. Broader clinical application for the treatment of the diseases caused by fire excess from yin deficiency, such as nocturnal emission, premature ejaculation and other male disease, mouth ulcers, toothache, anemia, ache, etc. This has achieved certain curative effect. Conclusion Sancai Fcngsui decoction for the diseases caused by fire excess from yin deficiency have a certain effect. Currently, pharmacological studies for the Sancai Fengsui decoction relatively scarce, the further studies could combined with clinical applications.
