摘要
目的本实验对玄参各拆分组分对正常生理状态下的小鼠免疫作用及其物质基础的相关性进行研究。方法将小鼠分为空白对照组、全成分组、多糖组、苯丙素苷组、大极性环烯醚萜苷组及小极性环烯醚萜苷组,每组10只。观察正常生理状态下小鼠碳廓清试验指数,并计算其胸腺和脾腺指数;采用二硝基氟苯法诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应测定其免疫功能,并测定血清溶血素的含量。结果玄参、多糖组均可促进小鼠免疫器官及碳廓清指数的增长(P<0.05);增强小鼠迟发型变态反应的强度(P<0.05)及改善小鼠血清溶血素含量的降低(P<0.01)。结论说明玄参可增强在正常生理下小鼠的免疫功能,多糖组分是相关的物质基础。
Objective To study the correlation of Radix Scrophulariae each split components between immune function of mice in normal physiological state and material basic of Radix Scrophulariae. Methods The mice were divided into normal control group, aqueous extract group, polysaccharides group, phenylpropyl glycoside component group, large polar iridoid component group, small polar iridoid component group, ten in each group. Observe the test index of mouse carbon clearance under the normal condition, and the thymus and spleen gland index calculation. Determination of the immune function in dinitrofluorobenzene induced delayed hypersensitivity reaction in mice, and the content of serum hemolysin. Results The polysaccharide can promote the immune organs and mice carbon clearance index growth (P〈0.05); Enhance the delayed hypersensitivity intensity of mice (P〈0.05) and decrease the content of serum hemolysin in mice (P〈0.01). Conclusion The immune function of mice can be enhanced after treated with Radix Scrophulariae under normal physiological conditions, the polysaccharide component is the material basis of relevant.
