摘要
根据企业集群理论,分析国际工程联营体的成因并找出联营体与企业集群概念的相关性,提出国际工程联营体是具有一次性、流动性特性的企业集群的观点,从而从理论角度分析得出国际工程联营体的优势。
From the view of enterprise cluster theory, the causes of international construction joint ventures and the similarity between ICJV and enterprise cluster are both analyzed in this paper. An idea is proposed that ICJV is one sort of enterprise cluster with the features one-time and liquidity, and ICJV advantages are put forward theoretically.
