摘要
采用具有自主知识产权的提取纯化和品质控制工艺提取纯化高良姜精油,最大程度浓缩其中有效成分,并通过对原料、工艺的精确控制使批次间的差异最小化,保证产品质量稳定。该技术制得精油纯度高、香味浓郁。运用该技术提取10批精油,精油提取率平均1.86%,远远高于药典要求的0.7%,高效提取高品质的高良姜精油。该技术还能获得大量纯露,在精细日化上具有广阔的应用前景。
The volatile oil from Alpinia officinarum Hance. was extracted and purification by the technology owing independent intellectual property rights, purification and quality control process. The concentration of the active substances maximum degree, and the difference among the batches minimize degree, were controlled by the technology through the materials and precise control. Meanwhile, it can be made the volatile oil in high purity by the technology. There were 10 batch of volatile oils extracted by the technology.The average extraction rate 1.86%, was much higher than 0.7% of the Pharmacopoeia. And it can be taken a lot of hydrolat by the technology. It has broad application prospects in the fine chemical industry.
