摘要
目的探讨中西医联合治疗在促进多次胆道术后患者胃肠动力功能恢复中的应用价值。方法选择我科2013年5月至2016年5月行多次胆道手术的患者68例作为研究对象。按随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,对照组(34例)予术后常规护理,干预组(34例)在常规护理的基础上,予足三里等穴位按压并加服维生素B口服液。结果干预组术后肠鸣音恢复、首次排气、排便时间明显高于对照组;进食后上腹饱胀、呃逆、嗳气现象明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论足三里联合配穴按压对多次胆道术后患者胃肠动力功能恢复有明显促进作用。
Objective To explore the combined Chinese and western medicine treatment in promonng me appli- cation of multiple biliary postoperative patients with gastrointestinal functional recovery value. Methods Our de- partment from May 2013 to May 2016, more than 68 cases of patients with biliary surgery as the research object. According to random number table method is divided into intervention group and control group, control group （34 cases） to the routine nursing care, postoperative intervention group （34 cases） to the zusanli of acu-point pressure and vitamin B in oral liquid. Results The intervention group postoperative bowel sound recovery, for the first time the exhaust, defecate time is significantly higher than the control group; Probably after eating to the full bilge, hiccups, belch phenomenon is significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Zusanli combined with acupuncture point on the gastrointestinal function in patients with multiple biliary postoperative recovery.
