摘要
目的探讨桂哌齐特注射液和阿托伐他汀合用对2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并颈动脉斑块患者血同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(high-sensitivity c-reactive protein,hs CRP)的影响。方法将42例2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块患者,随机分为单药组(阿托伐他汀治疗组,n=21)、联合组(桂哌齐特注射液和阿托伐他汀合用,n=21);2组均观察治疗前后血hs CRP、血Hcy、空腹血糖(Fasting blood glucose,FBG)、三酰甘油(triglycerides,TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的变化。结果单药组治疗后的血hs-CRP为12.97±3.74mg/L、Hcy为12.96±3.27μmol/L,联合组治疗后的血hs-CRP为10.10±3.52 mg/L、Hcy为10.82±4.10μmol/L,联合组治疗后的血hs-CRP、Hcy均较单药组明显降低(P<0.05)。结论桂哌齐特注射液和阿托伐他汀合用降低2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块患者血脂、Hcy和hs-CRP水平,联合治疗组疗效明显优于单用阿托伐他汀治疗组,本研究为2型糖尿病合并颈动脉斑块的治疗提供了实验证据。
Objective To explore effect of Cinepazide injection combined with atorvastatin on homocysteine （ Hcy）, high -sensitivity C- reactive protein （hsCRP） in patients with type 2 diabetic mellitus （T2DM） complicated with carotid artery plaque. Methods 42 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with carotid artery plaque patients, randomly divided into 2 grougs： （1） Single drug group （atorvastatin therapy group, n = 21 ） , （2）Combination group （cinepazide injection combined with atorvastatin, n = 21 ）. Two groups were observed before and after treatment, blood bs -CRP, Hey, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, triglyceride glycerol triglycerides （TG）, low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL- C）. Results Sin- gle drug group after treatment, the serum hs -CRP was 12.97 ± 3.74 mg/L, Hey was 12.96 ± 3.27 μmol/L, The combined group after treatment the serum hs - CRP was 10.10 ± 3.52 mg/L, Hey was 10.82 ±4.10μmol/L, combined group after treat- ment, the serum hs - CRP and Hey were decreased significantly than that of single drug group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Our results provided evidence that Cinepazide injection combined with atorvastatin was an effective medicine for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with carotid artery plaque treatment.
