摘要
本文从特种设备事故情况特点展开分析,对事故调查过程中存在的难点进行归纳,参照交通部门快速处理机制,从后勤保障、报告流程、处理机制、宣传工作、队伍培养等方面提出特种设备事故快速处理办法,从而促进特种设备安全监察队伍素质的提升,提高特种设备事故处理效率。
From the analysis of the special equipment accident characteristics,this article induces the difficulties in the process of accident investigation. Refer to the traffic fast processing mechanism, we can propose a new system about the special equipment accident fast disposing from the aspects of logistics, the reporting process, processing mechanism, propaganda and training, so as to promote the quality of special equipment safety supervision team. According to the system, we can improve the processing efficiency of the special equipment accident.
