摘要
目连救母故事在中国可谓历史悠久,影响深远,深入人心,流传甚广。目连救母变文在敦煌变文中保存完整、版本众多,而其中《目连缘起》《目连变文》《大目乾连冥间救母变文并图一卷并序》是最具代表性的三种。它们之间有诸多相同之处,同时也存在不少差异。文章试从以上两个方面着手略述其异同,进行对比研究与探讨,以期增进我们对目连变文的鉴赏与理解。
The story of Mulian Saves his Mother has a long story and far-reaching influence, very popular in China. Different versions of this story are kept in Dunhuang Frescoes, of which the following are the most representative, the Origin of Mulian＇ s Story of Saving his Mother, A Different Mulian＇ s Story, and the Roll and Painting of Mulian＇ s Story of Saving his Mother. They have both similarities and differences. This paper analyzes their similarities and differences and reveals their implications.
