摘要
为了解决在不降低动力性的前提下,减少发动机NO_x排放量的问题,配气机构的优良与否显得尤为重要。本研究以某16V发动机配气机构进气部分为研究对象,运用米勒循环原理设计了三组进气相位,在原机配气机构的基础上,应用GT-POWER软件建立配气机构运动学和动力学模型,对三组凸轮型线进行设计及模拟计算,从气门运动规律、动力学特性等方面对该配气机构进行了评价。
In order to reduce engine NOx emissions without jeopardizing engine performance, the quality valve-train is particularly important. This study took a 16v valve-train engine inlet part as the research object, three sets of air intake phases was designed based on the principle of the Miller cycle. On the basis of the original machine, application of GT - POWER software kinematics and dynamics model of valve-train CAM contour line of three groups was established to carry on the design and simulation calculation. Valve motion and dynamic characteristics of the distribution agen- cy were evaluated.
