在大数据时代下,人们接受信息的渠道增多,这就使得学生们的思想更加多样化,这对于高校的管理工作来说是一个难题,但大数据本身也为高校的管理工作提供了帮助,可以说利益与风险并存。因此文章立足于大数据,对高校学生教育的管理工作进行个性化研究,并提出了一些个性化发展的措施。
