文章介绍了淮安市实施科技创新券的现状,分析了创新券实施过程发现的问题,提出了推进淮安市科技创新券实施的政策建议。
This article introduces the current status of the implementation of scientific innovation voucher in Huai＇an city, analyzes the problems found in implementing the innovation voucher, and puts forward the political suggestions to advance its implementation.
