摘要
得益于西北地区积累的工作经验,习仲勋成为了改革开放初期广东的"掌舵人"。到任后,习仲勋一方面紧张地处理广东地区繁多复杂的历史遗留问题,为改革开放铺平道路;另一方面积极地进行调查研究,带领广东"先走一步"。他因此被人们誉为"中国改革开放的先行者"。
Because of his work experience in the Northwest, Xi Zhongxun has become the ＂leader＂ of Guangdong at the initial period of reform and opening up. After Xi＇s assumption of office, he, on one hand, began to deal with the complex issues left in history in Guangdong, paving the way for the reform and opening up; on the other hand,Xi threw himself into investigating and research, trying to lead Guangdong ＂one step ahead＂. So he was addressed as ＂the pioneer of China＇s reform and opening up＂.
