生物脱胶对罗布麻韧皮纤维成分的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了罗布麻生物脱胶对罗布麻韧皮纤维成分的影响,对不同长度、经过不同的预处理以及经过生物脱胶后罗布麻韧皮纤维成分进行测定。结果表明:罗布麻韧皮纤维中纤维素含量在45%~55%,杂质含量较高;相比原长罗布麻韧皮纤维,5 cm、10 cm等更短长度的罗布麻韧皮纤维成分没有发生明显差别,但是长度较短对韧皮纤维的脱胶有利;生物脱胶处理后罗布麻纤维中蜡质、木质素含量下降明显,分别下降54.86%、82.79%;预碱处理有助于生物酶对胶质的降解作用。 The effects of the different processing about bio-degumming on the ingredient of apocynum venetum bast fiber were studied. The compositions of different samples with different lengths and were processed by the pretreatment and degumming were detected. The results show that the content of cellulose in the apoeynum venetum bast fiber is 45%-55%; the length of the fiber has no effect on the composition of the bast fiber, while the length of the fiber is shorter,it improves the degumming effect of the bast fiber improves; after the degumming process, the wax and the lignin decreases apparently by 54.86% and 84.97%; alkali pretreatment contributes to bio-degumming.
