摘要
基于水泥窑SO_2排放特性研发了新型高温氨法脱硫技术。该技术主要包括三部分:反应剂储运系统,反应剂喷射系统,反应剂喷射区域选择策略。整套系统设置自动控制程序,并与中控系统深度整合,根据窑尾烟囱SO_2的浓度变化自动调整喷氨量。通过合适的氨水喷量能够将使水泥熟料生产线排放浓度完全控制在国家标准(标况下)200 mg/m3以下,从而满足现阶段水泥工厂的SO_2减排需求。
Develope a new type of high temperature ammonia desulfurization technology based on the emission characteristics of ce- ment kiln.The technology mainly includes three parts: storage and transportation system of reaction agent , injection system of the reac- tion agent, injection region selection strategy of reaction agent .The system sets up automatic control program, deeply integrates with the control system, and adjust spray amount of ammonia automatically according to the concentration change of SO2 in preheater chim- ney. Appropriate amount of ammonia spray can make the emission concentration of SO2 in cement clinker production line completely below 200 mg/m3, and this technology can meet the needs of SO2 emission reduction in current stage of the cement plant .
