摘要
随着大容量、远距离特高压交直流输电技术的深入应用,江苏电网资源优化配置能力显著提高,江苏电网受电比例逐步提高,成为典型的受端电网,系统动态无功补偿不足和电压稳定问题凸显。针对江苏电网存在的问题,在受端电网配置调相机的技术原则,开展了调相机在江苏电网安装后的适应性研究,提出了应对调相机在江苏电网配置后对短路电流提升的解决措施。仿真计算分析表明,调相机在江苏电网合理配置后,在故障期间充分发挥了无功支撑的作用,减少了直流换相失败导致闭锁的概率可以解决苏南地区在春节等低负荷时期出现的高电压问题。对于调相机接入后出现的短路电流升高问题,在不降低电网供电安全性的前提下,可以通过调整网架结构等手段予以解决。
With the deep application of high power and remote UHV AC and DC transmission technolo- gy,the optimization allocation ability of grid resources in Jiangsu has made remarkable improvement,the proportion of receiving electricity in Jiangsu power grid has improved gradually and become into typical receiving grid, therefore the problem of insufficient dynamic reactive power compensation of system and voltage stability are becoming prominent. As for the problem existed in Jiangsu power grid, the adaptation study of phase modifier after connecting to Jiangsu grid is developed on the technology principle of arranging phase modifier at the receiving end grid and the solution to the short circuit current impro- vement after arranging the phase modifier in the Jiangsu power grid is proposed. It is shown by the simulation calculation analysis that phase modifier,after reasonable arrangement in Jiangsu power grid and during the fault period,plays the role of reactive power support,reduces locking probability due to failure of DC commutation so to solve the HV problem of south Jiangsu area in low load time such as Spring Festival. As for the short circuit current rise after connection of the phase modifier,it can be solved by way of adiusting grid structure at the premise of not reducing safetv of grid sunnlv.
