摘要
面对当前学生就业难、企业招工难的高等教育结构性矛盾,地方本科院校在向应用技术大学转型的过程中,亟需探索以校内实训实验室为依托、以校外合作单位为链接、以实习课程为纽带的实训新模式,采取校内实训轮岗、工学结合专题实训周、企业订单实践班、创新产业实践等各类泛在实习项目,整合信息技术与教育变革、专业教师与职场精英、理论知识和实践运用、校园文化和职场法则,全方位构建"泛在、整合、互生"的应用型高校实习实训体系,以期实现应用型高校学生实习就业的无缝对接,满足"重技重能"时代人力需求。
To overcome present structural contradictions between underemployment and labor shortage in higher education, part of undergraduate colleges prefer to transform into applied technology universities. During this process,it＇ s of urgent need to build the ubiquitous and integrated training system combining school teaching with bases in and off campus. The system can be practiced via work shift in campus, the special week, hands-on Classes and practices in innovation industries, the core of which is to integrate students to the job market with the combination of technology and teaching reform, theory and application, also teachers and elites.
