摘要
小城镇发展基础比较差、现代农业发展还处于萌芽状态、缺乏必要的农村经济基础、地理条件先天不足是我国西部农村地区城镇化及现代农业发展面临的困境。究其原因,主要是因为西部农村地区地理不便带来的信息传递困难、民众受教育程度不高带来的思想转变困难、政府财力不足使城镇化与现代农业发展乏力。应该加快建立更加适合的先进管理体制,进一步完善西部农村地区的基础设施,建立城镇化与现代农业协调互动发展机制,构建完善的金融支撑体系。
The dilemma facing the western rural urbanization and the development of modern agriculture is the geographic conditions congenitally deficient, rural economic base is very fragile, relatively poor foundation for the development of small towns, the development of modern agriculture is lagging behind. The reason is mainly due to the western rural areas geographical inconvenience to the information transmission is difficult, the educational level of the people is not high, the thought is difficult in transition, the lack of government input of urbanization and the development of modern agriculture is weak. we should accelerate the establishment of advanced management system, and further improve the western rural areas＇ infrastructure, establish urbanization and modern agriculture coordinated and interactive development mechanism, construct perfect financial support system to promote rural urbanization and the development of modern agriculture.
